Goddess Theatre Company UpdatesDuring the 1999 season we will be workshopping a new play by local playwright, Hope Davey. The play is called Chat.com. This play is a seriocomedy that follows several people as they converse in a gay chat room. The play deals with several issues including academic isolation, gay parenting, genetic depression, and alcoholism. We will be performing the play during Coming Out Week on the CU-Boulder campus in the Old Main Theater. We will be in production beginning October 8th and play through October 30th, Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 PM and Sunday matinees at 2:00 PM. The play will be directed by Kristin Paquette and assisted by Kara McGarigal. Opening night is a benefit for the GLBT Resource Center and will feature a pre-show wine and cheese reception. Our second night of production, October 9th, is a Company Benefit. Our first matinee, October 10th, is a free performance!
