Creek Watershed InitiativeForums The Boulder Creek Watershed Initiative sponsors a monthly public forum on environmental issues facing the Boulder Creek watershed. The purpose of the forum is to initiate a dialogue between researchers, government officials, and the community with the objective of building community support to protect the Boulder Creek Watershed. The Forum is also sponsored by the city of Boulder, the U.S. Geological Survey, and the Boulder Public Library Foundation. The watershed forums are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month except November and December. Please check the BASIN calendar for the upcoming forum schedulePlease contact us at if you'd like more information or to volunteer!Boulder Creek Watershed Forum Series Videotapes available at the main branch of the Boulder Public LibaryLecture # 107 Stream Teams Monitoring the Health of the Boulder Creek Watershed, Paul Hempel of BCWI, and Kellie Gorman, Water Education Specialist for KICP, 23 February, 2010 Lecture # 106 Front Range Flash Floods: What About the Boulder Creek Watershed?
