Information on Total Suspended Solids:
Total Suspended Solids (TSS)
is a measure of the suspended and dissolved solids in a body of water. It is related to both conductivity and turbidity. The more total suspended solids present in a water body, the higher its conductivity and the less clear the water will appear. |
