Which of the following considerations explain your concerns about controlling tobacco in our society -

1. People are engaged in an "adult pleasurable activity."
   • I.e., this must be controlled!
2. People are engaged in an "adult pleasurable activity" that is self destructive.
   • I.e., this must be controlled!
3. People are engaged in an "adult pleasurable activity" that is self destructive and that they are collectively taking very poor responsibitity for the consequences thereof.
   • I.e., this must be controlled!
4. People are engaged in an "adult pleasurable activity" that is self destructive and that they are collectively taking very poor responsibitity for the consequences thereof plus they are harming innocent bystanders, such as children and people with health problems that require they avoid secondhand tobacco smoke.

5. Those who are impacted by the costs of tobacco are people!
