Sunset Middle School Home Page

• Sunset has, now, a local area network (LAN) up and running; completly connected
  to instructional labs. Also, fully connected to the school district's Wide Area
  Network.

• Saturdays' academic guideance - Sunset is open every 2nd and 4th Saturday, monthly (9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon) with two teachers, on duty, to assist students with homework or projects, they may be having trouble with.

• Mentor Needs - Sunset needs adult volunteers to mentor students on a one-on-one basis. Call K.G. Campanella-Green, 303-776-3963.

• Basketball Fun Night - Friday, February 19, 1999 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Sunset Gym

• PAC last fundraiser of the year; request $10.00 contribution per family,

• Ethnic Food Drive - Feb. 1- Feb. 19; The collected food will be distributed to the community "Food Share" program to benefit the ethnic elderly.

• A team of 15 students are to participate in the regional Science Olympiad Competition at Colorado State University - March 13, 1999.
