The Sister City relationship between the citizens of Boulder, Colorado and
Yamagata, Japan has brought us together to eat, work and dance, to learn
and exchange culture, people and gifts. Above all though, the experiences
from this relationship allow us to grow as citizens; enabling us to to
educate our family, friends and neighbors...increasing tolerance and
harmony.
