Mr. Everhart trains both Americans and Asians on working together effectively across cultures. He has conducted training programs for American and Japanese managers from Amgen, Hewlett-Packard, Nissan, IBM, Nomura Securities, Sony, LSI Logic, Panasonic, Weyerhauser, Fujitsu, the Miller Brewing Co., R.R. Donnelley, Yamaha, Western Digital, Exabyte, Warner-Lambert, and many other firms. He also currently co-instructs a 2-day executive course on Japanese Business four times a year at the California Institute of Technology^Òs Industrial Relations Center. He has traveled extensively throughout Asia and around the globe, and speaks Japanese.
