Friendship Trip to Japan

November 8-17, 1996

Be part of a delegation of Colorado citizens on a trip to fascinating and friendly Japan

This trip coincides with the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Colorado-Yamagata Prefecture Sister-State Relationship. The program will provide participants with a unique opportunity to experience the Japanese lifestyle, visit historical and cult ural sites and, most importantly, to meet and interact with Japanese people. The primary emphasis will be on interpersonal exchanges with opportunities to discuss education, culture, social services, volunteerism and economic issues. You will not find a more affordable, more educational trip to Japan!

Dates: November 8 - 17, 1996 (10 days)

We will spend the first four nights in Tokyo, and the next four in Yamagata City. In each city, the first night will be in a hotel and the last three nights in a homestay.
