HOA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

 

July 6, 2000

 

Present:  Gary Sekerak, Gina Simmering, Sandra Jambor, Greg Wilkerson, Joe Lanzoni

Absent:  Mike Jacobsen, Rod Guy, Scott Dixon, Laura Wolf

 

1.      Review of finances. Have $6,365 in bank per Gary. Have received voluntary dues from approximately 200 contributors, with a value of approximately $5,255.

 

2.      HOA Board needs Secretary and VP. Gina volunteered to be Secretary. By-laws require that HOA has VP.

 

3.     Reviewed recent and on-going projects. Everything appears to be in order. On-going projects have Project Mgr assigned, for example:

Watering Mgr = Lisa Shearer-Cooper

White Rocks Clean Up = Caroline Koss

 

4.      Park

67 surveys in so far – will tabulate and publish results in newsletter

Collected 383 signatures on petition, far more than target of 350

 

5.      Put in next newsletter:

HOA Board Meeting Policy Statement - meetings are open to all homeowners

Memorial to Rachel Godfrey

 

6.      If we have money left at end of year, consider additional potential projects, such as:

Flashing lights near school

Trimming overgrown bushes

Bike lanes on Heatherwood
