WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE:
Diagnostic tests and evaluations are used to find out who is eligible for the program, and what type of help is needed. For people who are eligible, services can be given to reach the vocational goal. The counselor and customer decide together which services are needed. These services may include:
DO I QUALIFY FOR HELP:
To get help from Colorado Rehabilitation Services, a person must:

Call the office nearest you, and ask for an "intake" appointment.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
First the rehabilitation counselor will evaluate eligibility. For eligible customers, a rehabilitation plan is written and services begin. Services usually continue until the plan is completed, and the customer has worked for 60 days.
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES FOR SUCCESS:
About 140 people a year become successfully employed through the Boulder/Longmont offices.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST:
The initial evaluation is free. For most other services, financial need is considered. The agency pays for services that the customer cannot afford.
