WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE:

The Colorado Job Service specializes in making referrals to job openings listed with us by employers. Job seekers registered for services also have access to the following:

DO I QUALIFY FOR HELP:

Job Service registrants must be U.S. citizens or Alien Residents with work visas. They must also meet minimum Federal or Colorado age requirements for work.

WHO DO I CONTACT:

Walk-in during office hours. Please bring your Social Security card. It is also helpful to have a resume or have knowledge of your work history for the initial visit.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Each client is personally seen by a Job Service Center interviewer who will register them for a computerized job match and will assess any barriers to employment. The interviewer will work with barriered clients to establish an employability development plan. The client may receive an immediate job referral as a result of this process.

WHAT ARE MY CHANCES FOR SUCCESS:

Approximately 12,000 clients register for work each year. Ninety-three percent of these receive a service.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST:

The service is free.
