BCN Fee Structure

Each project is charged:

1. A one time, upfront and nonrefundable $50 administration fee

and

2. $25 per hour rate for the volunteer consultants time.

Boulder Community Network is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that depends upon these fees to pay for its operating costs. BCN is committed to serving Boulder nonprofit technology needs. All fees are subject to review and adjustment by BNC staff. Payment plans are possible with BCN staff approval.

BCN Limitation on Warranties

BCN is a non profit organization that recruits volunteers and provides access to computer software through the CompuMentor software catalog for the benefit of Boulder County nonprofit agencies and community groups.

BCN makes good faith efforts to recruit qualified volunteers, but we can offer no guarantees in this area. Specifically, we wish client agencies to know that:

1. We do not routinely conduct training for volunteers, nor do we ask for references; rather we rely on volunteers self descriptions and our screening of the volunteers;

2. We do not routinely examine the software packages made available through the CompuMentor catalog; rather, we rely on the providers descriptions of the software.

Accordingly, it is necessary for any client using BNCs services to understand and accept the element of risk involved. Please read the formal legal language which follows. By signing and returning this and applying for participation in BCNs technical assistance program, you are accepting the terms of this limitation on warranties.

1. By this agreement, BNC is arranging a service package that may include technical assistance and access to the CompuMentor software catalog, or some combination of any or all of these elements.

2. It is the intent of the parties to this agreement to fully and completely state the rights and obligations of the parties in this agreement. BCN makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to services made available by BNC. Client agrees that BCN shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages or for the loss of profit, revenue, or data arising out of the subject matter of this agreement, even if the client has been advised of the possibility of potential loss or damage.

Having reviewed the fee structure, and agreed to the BCN Limitation on Warranties, I approve of my organizations participation in the BCN technical assistance program.
