Don't forget! Early registration for the Boulder Chorale’s 2006-2007 Season has begun and will end at break on Tuesday, May 2nd. Save your place by registering now!

TICKET SALES CONTINUE THIS WEEK for both the Women's Chorale and our 40th anniversary concert. More than half of the women's chorale tickets have already been checked out and a fresh set of tickets for our May 6th concert will be available tonight. Remember that every ticket purchased THROUGH the Chorale SUPPORTS the Chorale. When you buy tickets through the Chorale, you tell the Boulder Philharmonic: I SUPPORT THIS AND FUTURE PHILHARMONIC/CHORALE COLLABORATIONS!

TWO WEEKS LEFT TO RSVP!! It looks like we’re gathering quite a crowd for the gala and we hope you will all join us!! Please return your RSVP today. In order to get an accurate headcount for the food, we need your RSVP by next rehearsal (4/25). Return them either by mail or to the silver RSVP box at rehearsals.

WE ACCEPT CHECK OR CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT OPTIONS!!

TABLE SEATING: If you’d like to be seated with friends, please write that request anywhere on your RSVP or attach a note so we seat you accordingly! If you’ve already turned in your RSVP, just drop a note into the RSVP box and we’ll pass it on!!

BIRTHDAY CARD: It’s not too late! You can still keep taking envelopes for Birthday Card messages from potential contributors. For $40 dollars, companies can support the Chorale and get their business ad space all at once!! FOLLOW-UP CALLS: Please keep making follow-up calls to the businesses you’ve contacted. DEADLINE: We'd like to receive all birthday messages by April 22 so we have time to assemble a beautiful card.

TALLY: Community Birthday Card Messages received to date: 40 (as of 4/15)!! Great job, keep it up!! Several of you have earned free gala tickets and we appreciate your efforts.

Because of the very good response last week, only TWO more ushers are needed for the Women's Chorale performance on Friday, April 28. Next week I will bring the famous ‘pink slips’ as reminders of your jobs for the concert. Thanks to all—there is always great support from the membership! Look for me AT THE BREAK with names of those who are interested in ushering.

FYI: I had my Mozart score bound at Kinkos: $4.33/tax included.

Thursday, May 4: rehearsal for orchestra, Women's Chorale, and Chamber Chorale

Friday, May 5: rehearsal for orchestra, complete Boulder Chorale.

The Annual Meeting of the Boulder Chorale will be held on MONDAY, May 8, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in their Jubilee Hall (lower level). It includes our usual end-of-the-season festivities, a pot luck supper, recognition of honorees, and the annual business meeting, which includes the election of Board members. Please let JoAn or Elsbeth know if you might be interested in a Board position.
