TICKET SALES CONTINUE: Tonight (Tuesday, April 25) all proceeds and unsold tickets are due back for the Women's Chorale performance taking place this weekend. Tickets can still be purchased if paid for tonight. They will also be available at the door (First Baptist Church, Boulder) on Friday night. Everyone, come listen and enjoy!

Tickets for our May 6th concert will be available for 2 more weeks: tonight and again next week, May 2. If you have tickets checked out, that at this point you know you will not sell, please return these tonight so we can get them back into circulation. If you already have proceeds to return, they can be accepted at any time.

So far, 224 tickets have been checked out by Chorale members. The Boulder Phil (as of today) has sold 452. That is a total of 676 attendees at our Anniversary Concert (that is if all checked out tickets are actually sold). It's a start to our goal for Filling the House, but we have plenty of room to grow! Capacity at Macky is about 2000. Three helpers will be waiting to take your ticket orders tonight at break and before chorale starts. See you then!

Please check your Membership Handbooks and know that attendance at Dress Rehearsals is required in order to sing a concert. If you are going to be late to any Dress Rehearsal that you are required to attend, please let your Section Steward know and check-in with her or him when you arrive at that rehearsal.

Thank You.

From Stephanie Wanek, Fundraising Chair:

BIRTHDAY CARD MESSAGES: This is the FINAL CALL for Birthday Messages! The deadline has officially passed but we realize there may be a few stragglers. Any messages delivered after Tuesday will not be included in the Birthday Card! Sorry, but we need to wrap this up! Drop any remaining messages into the silver RSVP box or bring to the office.

GALA RSVP: The deadline for your Gala RSVP is Tuesday. In order to give the St Julien an accurate headcount and ensure we have enough food, we need to count those attending. Please remember to send it in or deliver it by Tuesday!! There will be a table at the St Julien to purchase last minute Gala tickets. Drop any RSVP's into the silver RSVP box or bring to the office.

SEATING: We're trying to accommodate seating requests. Right now each table will seat 8 people. If you have a request to sit with friends, please include that info on the card or throw a note into the silver RSVP box.

DRESS CODE: If you're wondering what to wear to the gala, know that only the Riser Queen will be wearing a tiara! You will see people on the fancier side and on the more casual side. Surely there will be a tux or two and maybe a nice gown as well. There will be slacks on him and on her (but hopefully not at the same time!).

THANK YOU to all who have worked hard to gather birthday messages, the card will be terrific. Thanks to the organizing team with their help. And, thanks to all of you coming. It looks like we'll have a tremendous crowd and we're thrilled for a wonderful celebration.

All the final details are being attended by your hardworking gala team. The room will be terrific, the Cabaret singers are rehearsing, there will be lots of great fun, good food & nice wine and we're heading to a full house for the 40th Anniversary Gala!! Hopefully, by May 6th we'll head into a full house at Macky too!!

Fill in your RSVP today and bring it Tuesday at the latest!! If you have any messages or questions, just contact Stephanie Wanek (smwanek@yahoo.com).
