Dear Chorale Members,
Here are this week’s announcements. If you have any
questions or comments, please
let me know. Thank you!

From Stephanie Wanek, Fundraising Chair:
INVITATION ASSEMBLY LINE: Invitations have arrived and we’re setting up an assembly line to assemble, stuff, seal, stamp & label the gala invitations (all 1,000 of them!!). Please come to rehearsal at little early and help make short work of this job. This Tuesday, 5:15 in the Atonement lobby.
GALA INVITATIONS: I hope to have gala invitations assembled to distribute to all members starting this week. We will not be mailing them to you, so please be sure to grab one. Our goal is to be surrounded by 250 people at this gala evening celebrating our 40th anniversary. We hope you all plan on attending and bringing a few special friends of yours. It’ll be a fun night with great jazz, good food, a champagne toast, a few surprises and entertainment by your fellow Chorale members! Remember it doesn’t have to cost you a thing if you approach 3 businesses for birthday card messages….
BIRTHDAY CARD: We are receiving many congratulatory birthday messages for our community birthday card. But, with a goal of 100 messages we’ll need everyone’s help and participation to make this effort a success. In the lobby area, you’ll find envelopes with info for potential contributors. In addition, you can find lists of businesses already being contacted and ideas of other businesses you can approach. For $40 dollars, companies can support our fine organization and their business gets a 4.25 x 5.5 inch advertisement space. So it’s community goodwill as well as great exposure.
TALLY: Community Birthday Card Messages received to date: 13 (as of 3/17/06)
FILL THE HOUSE WITH A JOYOUS CHORUS!! A huge part of our success lies on our ability to fill our concerts with an audience. The Chamber Chorus had a concert this past weekend, the Women’s Chorale performs in April and we all sing in May. We depend on you to help us reach out and bring in our audience for each and every concert. It’s part of what has kept the Chorale active and thriving for 40 years.

From Chorale Member, Miki Magyar:
I found an excellent web site with a translation and pronunciation guide for the Mozart Vespers. I think this would be helpful to many of the Chorale members. Please check it out.

Please refrain from wearing/using scents in the group. Some members are very sensitive and can become ill. Thank you for your consideration.

Grocery Scrip will be on sale during the break. Scrip acts like cash at King Soopers grocery stores and by buying Scrip, you help support the Chorale!
