Craig Hugo - Trombone
A Colorado native, Craig was born in Boulder County and spent his
childhood (from age 3 through graduation) in Longmont. A music
scholarship student at CU Boulder, his education was interrupted by the
draft. After spending three years in the U. S. Army Security Agency as an
interpreter (German), he returned to continue his education - attending
CU Denver and Metropolitan state College. He graduated with a degree in
music education and went on to teach in public schools and private
lessons for many years. Craig has played trombone with Your Father's
Mustache for 20 years and presently plays with the Crystal Swing Band and
Denver Kicks Band as well. He lives in Aurora with his wife of 18 years,
Peggy, and their new "problem pet" - Brew. Craig says Peggy "still puts up
with my playing, but Brew does not." A personal note from Craig, "Thanks
