Laura resigned as VP, but remains as Board member. Also, Laura resumes newsletter duties. Board authorizes purchase of Pagemaker for easier newsletter publishing.

Board authorizes purchases up to $100 of dog feces control signs, such as "Please pick up after your dog", to be placed along strip of land along south side of Kingcross near Heatherwood Drive. Joe is expecting City of Boulder Open Space Dept. to provide trash can and bags for installation at the entrance to the White Rocks trail. If City does not come through, Board authorizes purchases up to $50 for garbage can, bags, etc. Joe has assembled group of volunteers to maintain area.

Joe reviewed recent conversations with Tom Aten and Leslie Lacy regarding previous Park plans and ballot. The Board agreed to allow this issue to move forward, with the first step being the creation of a Park Committee. The preliminary Park design will be the same as the final version offered by Tom Aten. Joe will fax copies to Gary Sekerak and Mike Jacobsen. Joe volunteered to be Park Project Mgr. Candidates for Park Committee are Rod Guy, Greg Wilkerson, Lisa Scherer-Cooper, Karen Tomanek, Todd Balentine.
