WHEN JUST ONE PERSON

When just one person
Is consciously awake
We all begin to stir
Within our collective dreaming.
We move, we shift,
We may even open an eye,
Unfocused in our attempt to perceive
Where the dream leaves off
And true reality begins.

When just one person
Wakes from the dream,
Choosing to understand the script
Of life's drama,
Others on stage
Still caught within the illusion
Chant "Prophet/Deceiver"
Or "Messiah/Devil"
Unable to see
The beauty among them
Standing center stage
Bathed in a fresh, new light.

When just one person,
Consciously awake, aware and allowing,
Casts off the costumes of age old biases
And the swaddling clothes of ingrained beliefs
To stand naked in the light of Truth,
He/She literally
Supplies raiment for us all br> Than we have ever known before.

When just one person br. Of like consciousness,
The world, the galaxy, the universe
Is unalterably changed ...
The DNA of evolution
Stretches, expands, revivifies,
Lifting us all
On a cellular level,
To create a new Humanity,

When just one person ...
