After many meetings with the OSCN consortium, Kari Nelson, a BCN volunteer, created the original design for the OSCN web site. Revisions, updates, content expansion and additional design work have been and will continue to be done by Jeanette Fielden and Peggy Rueda. Also, a big thank you to Bob Echelmeir for maintaining the "old" Employment Center for the last year.
