Colorado Housing Counselling Coalition

The Coalition is a non-profit organization founded in 1980. It is a group of housing counselors and interested housing professionals who joined together in the interest of housing education.

CHCC promotes affordable housing for low and moderate income families through housing counseling; the sharing of knowledge, resources and counseling techniques among its members. CHCC member agencies help people improve their housing conditions and meet the responsibilities of home ownership and tenancy. A wide range of service areas are offered including:

• Rental Delinquency
• Mortgage default
• Post-occupancy
• Housing Consumer Education
• Reverse Equity Mortgage
