  • What is the OSCN?
    • The OSCN is a joint project that began in 1993 with a consortium of local employment and training service providers. The goal of the consortium is to provide a seamless system for clients. To be the most effective, we continue to strive to work with the notion that we have three customers, the business community, local agencies and organizations and the citizens of Boulder needing our services.
