Rental Information
There are 255 senior apartments and 56 assisted living units at Golden West. All of our apartments have wall to wall windows that highlight the expansive views. Every living unit has individually controlled thermostats, and emergency call system and an outside door intercom system. All utilities and phone services are included in one convenient monthly billing.
The senior apartment towers feature roomy one or two bedroom apartments and efficiencies. All apartments have a full kitchen, a large storage area plus ample closet space and an entry hall for privacy. Residents are served one meal daily in the central dining room. In addition to each spacious apartment, there are also small sitting areas on each floor for "neighbors" to get together.
The assisted living tower is a uniquely planned addition to our initial building development. It was designed to provide limited care to those whose needs require help and supervision. On every floor and close by each apartment, there is a separate dining area for those persons not able to go to the main dining room. Three meals a day plus snacks are served. There is 24 hour service given by trained caregivers. Assistance in bathing, dressing, and monitoring of medications is provided.
Weekly laundry and housekeeping is also a part of the assisted living care. Residents can enjoy the out-of-doors on the large deck located off the assisted living lounge.
