Xeriscaping

We depend on our streams for drinking water and other domestic uses, irrigation of crops, power generation, industrial use, aquatic life habitat, and recreational use. Water is a precious resource in the Boulder area, and how the volume of water flowing in our streams can vary a great deal from year to year, season to season, day to day, and even hour to hour.
